Andrew Stivers is a San Diego native whose journey has been anything but ordinary. A military veteran with a background that stretches from truck driving to engineering, healthcare to home renovations, and everything in between, Andrew brings a wealth of real-world experience to the table. He’s tackled challenges in fields as diverse as business operations, information technology, and even videography and photography.
In many ways, Andrew is a modern-day "renaissance man" who’s always ready to learn, adapt, and help others succeed. Outside of work, you might find him out fishing, admiring fine art, or spending time with his wife, Norma Saenz. With a hands-on approach and a passion for guiding others, Andrew has built Andrew’s GMB Consulting as a way to help businesses thrive with tailored, meaningful strategies.

Norma Saenz grew up in Phoenix, and has always been passionate about helping others grow and succeed. With a background in retail, healthcare, and business operations, Norma has spent much of her career managing teams, improving processes, and training leaders. Her focus has always been on making sure people feel empowered and capable of reaching their goals.
In recent years, Norma has explored her creative side with videography, but her heart still lies in leadership and training. When she’s not working alongside her husband, Andrew, at Andrew’s GMB Consulting, Norma enjoys cooking, traveling, and simply spending time with the people she loves. Her approach to business is all about building strong, capable leaders and helping organizations thrive from the inside out.

Andrew and Norma Saenz’s journey together began in the healthcare industry, where they first met while working at the same company. After marrying in Phoenix in 2019, they quickly realized they were meant to create something bigger together. Within a year, they took a leap of faith, moving to Colorado—a place full of possibilities where they had to carve out their own path.
Their shared experiences continued when they joined a nationwide company, where they traveled together to open new locations and train leaders. These adventures helped them realize the power of working together, not just as a couple, but as a team committed to growth and leadership.
As their passions aligned, Andrew and Norma discovered their love for photography and videography, captivated by the stories they could tell through their lens. Their diverse backgrounds, from leadership training to creative storytelling, now shape Andrew’s GMB Consulting. Together, they combine their expertise to offer businesses customized strategies designed to help them thrive—because they understand the value of a personalized, hands-on approach.
